Wood effect porcelain tiles

These hardwearing, easy to clean tiles have been growing in popularity for the last four or five years and are now a firm favourite. Capturing the natural beauty of wood and offering low maintenance and durability … they are perfect for kitchens, hallways, living areas and bathrooms.

Styles are plentiful – contemporary, rustic, reclaimed, traditional, country, Scandinavian, driftwood and painted, no matter what look you want to create there is something to suit every interior.

As for sizes, again plenty of choice, widths generally start from around 10cm and lengths up to 180cm. The tiles can also be fixed in numerous patterns, 70/30 brick bond is popular and herringbone style is an emerging trend. Some ranges also come in a mix of widths.

Full of the character of natural wood but with the added benefits of being more resistant to water, stains, scratches and dents, plus easy to clean, wood effect porcelain has much to offer. One other benefit, tiles work perfectly with underfloor heating and hold the heat for longer than other flooring.
