All goods must be paid for before being released.

All sales advice given in respect to aesthetics, suitability & practicality for your project is given in good faith and is purely subjective. It is not offered as a specification and the final decision is your choice. Any calculations of quantity we provide are made using the industry standard method and with the measurements we are provided with. This is a guide to the quantity required only and may not be exact.

Any availability dates for ordered goods given are offered only for guidance purposes. They are not a promise or subject to time critical contracts.

Shade variation

Every effort is made to ensure goods are supplied from the same batch. Customers should open boxes and check tiles before they are fixed, differences between samples/showroom display and ordered goods are unavoidable and must be expected. Before fixing the tiles please check they are what you ordered as no claim will be accepted once they are fixed.

Certain tiles may be subject to “crazing”, this is not a fault but a feature of glazed ceramic firing.

Carriage charges

Certain special order goods are subject to a carriage charge, we suggest these goods are delivered to the shop as the supplier will re-charge if they cannot be delivered should you be out/unavailable. Pallet quantities will generally be sent directly, the hauliers offer a kerbside delivery and must be informed if the delivery site is not easily accessible or there is no hardstanding. If they are unable to unload you may be liable to an extra delivery charge. Any discrepancies or breakages must be reported immediately.


We can only accept claims where goods can be proven not to be of merchantable quality and only when they have not been fixed. We reserve the right to refer any complaint regarding adhesives, grouts and sundries to the manufacturer for comment and advice in regard to fault or misuse.


A valid receipt must be presented before a refund can take place. Stock tiles and some ordered tiles may be returned, in full boxes, within 28 days of purchase for a refund, they can be subject to up to a 25% restocking charge and ordered goods may also incur a return carriage charge. Some special order and end of line tiles will not be returnable.


We can offer delivery to your front door subject to a delivery charge, depending on quantity and location. Goods should be checked and signed for. If goods are left at your request without being signed for, we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage. Any discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours.
