Delivery Information

Online Delivery 

Deliveries are made between 8am and 6pm on weekdays and are to the curbside only at the delivery address. We currently have a 7 to 10 working day lead time for delivery once the order has been placed. 

Delivery Access – Our delivery partners offer curbside delivery and must be informed if the delivery site is not easily accessible or there is no hard standing e.g. sloped or gravel driveways. If they are unable to unload your order, you may be liable to an extra delivery charge. Orders will not be unpacked or carried indoors by the courier. 

Bank Holidays – Our warehouse and delivery partners do not operate on bank holidays or weekends. 

Parcel Deliveries – Small items under 15kg will be sent via a local courier. 

*Delivery to Ireland and the following postcodes is currently unavailable, BT, GY, HS, IE, IM, IV, JE, KA, KW, PA, PH, PO30-41, TR21 – 25, ZE 

Store Collection 

Please be aware that all delivery prices, terms and conditions are applicable to online sales only. For information on in-store orders please contact your local Tim’s Tiles branch. 

In-store collection is free on all orders, regardless of their value. Please enter your postcode in the checkout and select your local Tim’s Tiles store to collect from. We will update you via email/phone, when your order is ready for collection. 


Some ordered tiles may be returned, in full boxes, within 28 days of purchase for a refund. They can be subject to up to a 25% restocking charge and ordered goods may also incur a return carriage charge. Some special order and end of line tiles will not be returnable. A valid receipt must be presented in store or via email before a refund can take place. 

Tim’s Tiles reserve the right not to refund if the products are deemed as not being in a resell-able condition, if there is no proof of purchase, or if the products are returned after the 28 day period. 

If you would like to return a full box, please send an Email to with the subject “Returns” along with your order reference number. 

Once we receive your Email, we will contact you to organise return. 

Damaged Product 

If you encounter any damages, please forward a photo of the damaged tiles and Email them to with the subject “Damages” along with your order reference number. The email will need to be sent within 48 hours of receiving the goods. 

Once we receive your Email, we will contact you to organise replacements. 

Please note, it is important that you check your tiles upon delivery.
